The people behind SettleTrack
A small Texas-based team with deep roots in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, the people who lived this problem before writing software for it.

Mission & vision
Make every personal injury case accountable.
One shared record for every case, where every document, status change and approval is captured, attributed and visible to exactly the people who need it. Providers get paid faster, attorneys settle with complete files, and patients get care without paperwork standing in the way.
A US personal injury market with zero lost cases.
We believe no case should die in a fax tray. Our vision is a personal injury ecosystem where attorneys, ER facilities, notaries and referral partners operate as one connected network, and "chasing paperwork" is something people remember doing, not something they plan their week around.
Born inside the problem, not beside it
SettleTrack started where the pain is loudest: inside the offices that live on Letters of Protection. We watched case managers keep intake on sticky notes, billing teams fax the same document three times, notaries courier affidavits across town, and supervisors spend Fridays on "where is this case?" calls. None of these people were the problem. The handoffs were.
So we mapped every handoff a personal injury case makes, 18 lifecycle stages across seven roles and three offices, and built software where each one is a tracked event on one shared record, instead of a gap where a case can quietly disappear.
The values behind the product
Trust is the product
We handle information tied to patient care. Encryption, role-based access and audit trails aren't features on a roadmap. They're the ground the product stands on.
Built with operators
Case managers, billing teams and notaries shape every workflow we ship. If a feature doesn't survive contact with a real front desk, it doesn't ship.
Accountability by default
Every rejection carries a reason. Every status change has an author and a timestamp. Software should make the responsible thing the easy thing.
Everyone gets paid
The model only works when providers trust they'll be paid. We measure ourselves on one outcome: cases that close with every party made whole.
We work alongside the personal injury ecosystem
SettleTrack operates from Missouri City, Texas alongside Corevant Health Partners, and works with personal injury law firms, ER facility groups, notary services and referral networks across the United States.
